My father and I were helped by Breanna, who was incredibly helpful and patient. We had to try out different bikes of different sizes and they were all set up before I test rode them. She also called us when we realized we forgot our license that she held on to for the test rides. This was probably one of the best customer experiences I've had. Other positive aspects were a large selection of bikes and sizes across the many stores, very good prices, and a clean and pleasent shop. I intend to shop here the next time I am looking for something bike related.
