Always got the top of the line was but sometimes it doesn't spray soap, minimal at best when it does. You don't get a receipt so you don't get the free one they advertise. Oh and I understand why they give you free towels... they don't have people to do it at the end and the car usually is still half covered in soap when it's done.
6 - Whew....finally they brought in reinforcements as they had a new sprayer at the start of the wash. Watched my freshly SCRATCHED car work its way down thru the car wash and exit hoping that I will not come back.
Usually no to very little wait. A good job every time with no real big misses except for the typical spots on the vertical backside of trunk above bumper. The do-it yourself dry towells are dirty and wet most of the time later in the day, usually always clean and dry in the morning. Vacuums are free and have great suction. Tire shiners come with the basic wash ($6) which is a bonus. If they'd have clean and dry towels in the pm I'd give 5 stars.
2 - First time through the car wash. NO SOAP was sprayed on my car. So with the people spraying the car partial initially and no soap this time, its time for the brushes to RUB IN ALL THAT DIRT. They do a VERY thorough job scratching your car and getting into every crevice. I rate that portion a SOLID 5 stars.
5 - Same procedure. NO APOLOGY from management or employee. He said he he no control over the computer, which is a fair excuse. PROBLEM here is they were MORE than happy to take my money, but less than will to give me a refund and shut the car wash down until they can fix the problem. So this EXCUSE was BS.
I WILL NOT GO BACK.
3 - Decided to go back and have another go. Guy with NO apology types in the car wash digits and lets me into the circus one more time.
4 - Same routine. People spraying do a partial job (knowing I've been through once). This time not only do I not get soap, but no brushes, water, dryers,etc. As the brushes did not move this time they did rub up against my car. Ensuring all the dirt left on my car previously gets rubbed into different areas of the car. I only rate this dirt rub a MEDIOCRE 4 stars. They could have done a slight better job scratching my windows this time.
DON'T WORRY....I WILL NOT BE BACK.
This is the second time this has happened to me on separate occasions. Use this car wash at your own risk.
This has happened twice to me and each time it rubs in the dirt.
3 foot long bolt hanging down from touchless car wash awninng to year your roof up, didn't use wash went else where.
1 - People that manually spray the car at the start only spray bottom and you "might" get half the front sprayed. You're even more lucky if they hit the side windows. ...go play the lotto ASAP.
A1 service! This place is top notch, everything from the free to use vacuums, towels, cleaning spray, to the top o the line equipment in the wash. I recently had a billing issue with my membership, and management handled it like pros with no questions asked! Total class act. Worth the price.
