They exist to hinder your life and to take your income. If you're bashing your head against the wall trying to make an online payment and it keeps failing--- it's just that their website is as equally inept as the compassionless lizard-people nesting inside of the facility itself.

Now, back to my review:

My experience today was delightful, was I a little scared seeing this big buff white guy when I walk in yes, but he was courteous. And they asked if I had valid insurance? that they could reduce the ticket but I couldn't tell a lie.... So I just paid the full price! Thanks anyway

Shout out to the Parking Meter Cop. Your mustache is awesome. You should stop handing out tickets and hand out Twizzlers instead, because you *have* to know this system is a stupid means of just extracting money from people. You're gonna retire soon anyhow, right? Go out with style and knock it off with the ruining of people's day. Maybe just for a week? Hand out Twizzlers, man. Seriously, you'll be a legend.

Speaking sense to him is a fruitless endeavor. His eyes will roll up into his head and he'll regurgitate some nonsense written on a piece of paper as if it controls his very functions. Simple, ignorant, black and white thinking. Essentially, a process to ensure that if you're walking through these doors... money is leaving your wallet, regardless of *actual* guilt.

God willing, you'll get the brilliant and beautiful young lady who occasionally fills in for the porcine devil. This woman is a Godsend, and the very saving grace of this place. How I wish I knew her name, because I'd write her a letter she'd be moved enough to frame.

Here's the deal, kids... The anti-think in this building leads me to but one conclusion:

Anyhow, back to Cap'n Goldwatch and his giant book of commandments.

Good advice? Lawyer up. Luckily, these knuckleheads screw up the minor details of their own paperwork so much that you've *actually* got a fighting chance... but it's not because anyone there is on your side.

ONE MORE NOTE... unrelated to my experience.

"Well, that's what it says here," The six-figure earning man says, through a fog of coffee breath. You sputter something about how his connect-the-dots approach to justice legitimately makes no sense when applied to your specific situation, but he's already thinking about what the Soup of the Day is across the street.

This is a processing plant. We are the meat. The compassionless butchers inside pull the levers that cause so much calamity in our lives and nod stupidly at the words on their instruction page. Listen closely. You can hear the sound of pennies rattling about in an empty coffee can as they do so.

Terrible experience today. I tried my best to be pleasant as possible even though every one was a complete jerk. Very unorganized was sent to multiple rooms because they keept loosing files. Got their at 8am didnt leave till 1. And this was just over a traffic violation.

TIP: The debit card function doesn't work **but** if you select credit, the payment will go through.

Blindly applying the black and white interpretation of vaguely written legislation is not Justice. True justice requires thought and consideration. It's not a day job, or a task list- it's work. Justice is not dolled out conveyor-belt style in a matter of minutes. True justice is applying your brain to the words on the paper and coming to a logical conclusion as it pertains to the situation. Does that sound like an exhausting job? Well, it should be. After all, these people are paid enormously to hold your future in their hands.

I recently attended the 35th District Court which is in Plymouth Michigan. The 35th District Court covers Canton, Plymouth and Northville. As I sat in Judge Jim Plakas court room I looked around the court and couldn't help but notice that approximately 50% of the litagants/defendants in the court room were of African-American decent. As a resident of Oakland County and fomerly of Wayne County I am very aware of the demographics of both. So I wanted to verify some facts before I posted this information and what I found was shocking and disturbing. So here are the facts that I discovered about the demographics in the 3 communities covered by the 35th District Court. Canton has approximately 4% African-American population, Northville has 1.6% and Plymouth has 1.5%. So the obvious question is "why were approximately 50% of the litagants of African-American decent in the court room"?

Well, I ought to wrap this up since Oprah is almost on.

The staff is rude. NOBODY listens or has patience for you. A prosecutor with a five pound watch made of 24kt gold will cut off your sentences and blather a list of predetermined "options" that involve paying more money to lessen the impact of their ruling. This is extortion.

I dont like walking into courthouse

But that's not what happens in Plymouth. Here, it's brains off, no thinking. No pulse. Just following ink on paper.
