Went there and arrived at 1058. The manager walked up to the door and said we don't open till 11 and shut the door on me, my baby and two 4 year olds. I mean really we can't come in 2 minutes early when it is 35 degrees out. We can wait to order but at least let us stand inside out of the cold. Then when checking out Christi was rude and not friendly at all. I felt like we were a burden. The subs are good but I can't go back to this place with it's terrible customer service.
Not impressed. Philly steak n cheese, my friend asked for Italian dressing and tomato. Her receipt said the dressing, her sandwich had neither. Mine was listed as Mayo spicy mustard as I asked but it was not on there either. The fresh squeezed lemonade wasn't, even though they have fresh Lemons ..... for decoration I guess. The fried potatoes were good but not as hot as if they just came out of the fryer. A shame since the unsmiling tall guy brought it right to our table. And..... remarkably not cheap.
As always, Penn Station offers some of the best subs I've ever had the pleasure of eating. I come here fairly often, usually at least once or twice a week and everyone there takes the time to greet everyone and learn the regulars. I like to keep them in their toes by ordering something different from visit to visit, but they never disappoint.
Great food but the store is incredibly dirty. While I was there 3 employees worked on rebooting the tv, while every horizontal surface is covered in dirt, food and trash. I counted 5 flies while I waited for my food. Buy a broom and do better
This is one of my favorite sub shops ever! Lemonade made from fresh lemons, fries cut fresh from potatoes and subs are perfect... so far I have tried the Ruben, chicken parmesan and Italian.... all were outstanding!
