We always go to the vip sale. It is crowded, but full of pets and snacks. They have enough staff on hand to answer any questions and get you out quick.
Nice store if you have a cat or dog. I have a parrot and I was very disappointed they had next to nothing. Yet they had a large parrot in the store. Now if your into local wild birds they have all you need for that.
I found the doggy treat I was looking for surprisingly fast, and then checkout and out the door 2 minutes later all while they were busy and crowded. It was my first time at the store and I'll be back.
Great selection of wild bird food. After Birds Unlimited closed we have been going here for our wild critters. A little pricey but I like to support local businesses.
I started shopping at Specialty Pet Supplies since it opened in Old Village in Plymouth. Terri and her team do a fantastic job of providing customers information and service. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell and their prices can't be beat. Twice a year for current customers, they have a "by invitation" sale. I stock up at great prices, but I'm always back in between for those extra items. I had dogs when I started shopping there, and now I have cats. Their choices are plentiful and their advice is priceless.
