Last month we encountered a potential problem with our Hawaii trip. About one week before our trip, LAX sent us an email alerting us to problems at the airport related to Delta's move to switch terminals. This problem could have caused us to miss our connecting flight to Hawaii since we had only a little over an hour to catch the next flight. Inas was able to contact Delta Vacations and route us through Seattle without additional costs. As a result of Inas" hard work, we have had many wonderful vacations and highly recommend her as a travel agent.
We booked our honeymoon through them. They were very informative and communicative. They worked really hard to get us the perfect trip and align train car and tour schedules. I would definitely use their services again if the opportunity arose.
