Absolutely loved the people and cars at Bob Jeannotte. Usually I have a not so great experience with dealerships and the salesman. Bob Jeannotte was a totally different atmosphere and no one was pushing me to hurry and buy! I took my time and found the perfect vehicle that fit my needs and wants and they took their time to find a dealership with the exact criteria. They went above and beyond and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman, Leaun. He really made this experience great and I can't wait to buy my next car in a couple of years! I'll never go anywhere else but here!
My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Leaun McAvory in the process of finding our family a new vehicle. I only had three conditions I was specifically looking for in a new vehicle, Leaun not only took the time to give us numerous options but he did what he could to give us exactly what we were looking for and it fit into our price range. When picking up the vehicle we got the chance to work with Fred Sakakini. He not only was super polite but gave us so much knowledge we were left speechless. All of questions were answered, I loved the fact that he went threw the vehicle with us to show us all the buttons, how to work certain thing, moving the seats, making sure we were 100% ready to go when we left that lot. I have no had my vehicle for a week and still no questions have come up because Fred going over the vehicle with us. Working with both Leaun and Fred was one of the best experiences Iv had with working with a dealership. I highly recommend not only this dealership but these two individuals to work with, you will not be disappointed.
Just had my year anniversary of working for this great family! They have always treated me with the up most respect and rewarded me for my hard work given. They even gave me a raise when I was moved to the used car department. They buy me lunch on a regular basis to show their appreciation as well as being understanding when I need to take a day off with my daughter. I'm so thankful to work in a place that treats me like family! I can attest to the integrity of this dealership and the used car department. They make sure the cars are inspected and even give dealership warranty on any used car that is not over 100,000 miles. Who does that? Come in and see this great family if you are in the market for a new or used car. You wont be disappointed!
I was in contact with a salesman on a used truck. We talked 5 times, and only one of those five times would I consider him to be pleasant but nonetheless they had a truck I was interested in so I continued on. I live 3.5 hours away and told the salesman the day before that I would come up the next day if I bought the truck it would be a cash sale no loan, and I would bring my checkbook. He said good call me when you know about the time you’ll be here. So next day I got an hour into my trip and called him told him that and then at that point he informed me they don’t take out of state checks. So I turned around, if he would have brought that to my attention the day earlier we could have worked around it, not one hour into a 3.5 hour trip. I have noticed that most of there reviews have a follow up that says “we care about your experience call us and tell us more” so before I wrote this review I emailed the dealership with a detailed account of my experience saying I wanted to give them a chance to respond before I give a negative review and 4 days later I have not gotten a response so I will only assume they really don’t care about your experience.
Scott went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of. I only came in for an oil change, but he was incredibly courteous and kind. The detailed information he provided and full-service experience is an added value. Bob Jeannotte's has been our family's car dealership forever - I remember eating popcorn and sitting in the showroom cars as a little girl. I now purchase and service my vehicles there with my husband. Thank you!
