I bought my first car from them and i thought it was going well. I have had the car for 7 months now and after a couple months of having the car i get a check engine light and AT light. The sticker on the car still said i had 2000 miles to go before i needed an oil change so i brought it in to get one. The oil was over filled and caused things to mess up i was ok with this being it is my first car it will have issues after that a couple months late the starter stopped on it. it has been less than 7 months with the car and it has problems. i talked to a young guy about a trade and he dismissed me saying i need to pay more on it. then I email and they took over a month to respond. not the best place.
So--I have deleted my original post that gave Tyme Auto one star and will now give three. I changed my review because Tyme Auto corrected the issues with the truck I purchased at a reasonable deductible. Junior also assured me that they will continue to take care of me as a customer in the future if anything is wrong by giving a good rate on mechanic services. Tyme also provided me with a loaner car while fixing my truck which was appreciated as a single mother. I now feel my son will be safe riding in this truck as a new driver on the road. I also believe this truck is in good working condition and is a truck now worth the money. Thank you.
